2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your paid subscription within 7 calendar days of your first charge (the date your free trial converts to a paid subscription, or the date of your first direct purchase) and receive a full refund, without giving any reason.

This cooling-off period is in addition to our goodwill refund policy described below.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with CaloGoal. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your first paid charge after a free trial.

This policy applies to all new subscriptions and acts as a goodwill "cooling-off" period to ensure our PLUS or PRO features meet your expectations.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@calogoal.com with your email address and order ID.

Once your request is received, we will review it to ensure it falls within the applicable window. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the reseller, your refund will be issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are generally not accepted, but we may consider them on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues that prevented you from using the service).

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access to paid subscription features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
